We are an early intervention agency in New York City. If your child is under 3 and you worry about how they play, move, talk, or learn, we can help. For eligible children, services are at no cost to your family.

Our services
Therapy that fits into your family's day
Each service follows your child's plan and includes you, so new skills carry into everyday life.
Evaluations
A full look at how your child plays, moves, talks, and learns, so you know what support fits.
Special instruction
A special educator helps your child build thinking, play, and learning skills through daily routines.
ABA therapy
Applied behavior analysis breaks skills into small steps and rewards progress in communication and behavior.
Physical therapy
Help with rolling, sitting, crawling, walking, balance, and strength, through play.
Speech therapy
Support for first words, understanding, feeding, and the early back-and-forth of communication.
Occupational therapy
Help with hand skills, play, self-care, and how your child takes in touch, sound, and movement.
Service coordination
A free service with one point of contact who helps your family get and coordinate early intervention services.
How it works
From your first call to your child's first session
Step 1
Reach out
Call us or send a referral online. A staff member calls you back to start the process.
Step 2
Initial evaluation
A staff member contacts you and helps you begin the evaluation process.
Step 3
A treatment plan
If your child is eligible and you choose us, our therapists write a plan around your child's goals.
Step 4
Services begin
Services begin as soon as they are authorized, at no cost to you, with you as part of every step.
